The model includes six labor stations designed to represent the conditions of the cervix and vagina before labor, during labor, and at birth. The illustrated stations show progressive fetal descent and cervical changes: STA -5 prior to the onset of labor, STA -4 with the cervix partially effaced, STA -3 with full effacement, STA 0 where the fetal head is aligned with the ischial spines, STA +2 with the cervix nearing full dilation, and STA +5 showing the crowning of the fetal head. The unit is packed as 1 piece per carton, with dimensions of 43 × 25 × 35 cm and a total weight of 7 kg.
